Shipping

We process orders within 24 to 72 business hours.

Estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 business days.

A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Delivery times may exceptionally be extended during periods of high demand.

Returns

You have 30 days after receipt to request a return.

To be eligible:

• the item must be unused,
• in its original condition,
• and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us via the Contact page, providing your order number.

After receipt and inspection of the product, the refund will be issued within a few days via the payment method used during the purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error on our part or the product is defective.
