Section 4 – Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on our website are displayed in US Dollars ($) (or Euros depending on your currency selector) and include applicable taxes where required. PattesZen reserves the right to modify product prices at any time. Products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the moment the order is validated and confirmed.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during the checkout process. Any delivery windows or dates provided are estimated and non-binding guidelines. PattesZen is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues or customs clearance.

Section 6 – Return and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Section 7 – Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, PattesZen will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PattesZen disclaims all other warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
